In the inventory of activities you can find detailed information on: the person responsible for each processing activity, the purpose, legitimation, conservation of personal data, and on the possible transfer or international transfer of data.

The legitimation of the processing may be based on the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or on the exercise of public powers conferred on the controller, on compliance with a legal obligation, on the consent of the persons concerned, or on any of the other causes assessed in Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).In the case of processing activities that process data of special categories, the entitlement may be based on any of the causes assessed in Article 9 of the GDPR or of the Organic Law 3/2018 (on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights). The Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration is committed to keeping the maximum reservation and confidentiality on the information provided to it and to use it only for the purposes established for each treatment.

The data will be collected through the corresponding forms, which will only contain the essential fields for the processing of the benefits or services requested, and will be kept for the time necessary to attend the services, based on the current legislation, regarding the prescription of responsibilities. It is up to the interested party to update their own data; the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration will not be responsible for its inaccuracy if the changes that may have occurred are not communicated.
