Example of guaranteed income
for a cohabitation unit
with 2 adults and 2 minors
The government establishes an amount
that all people
must have in order to live.
That amount is called Guaranteed Income.
What you will charge will be the difference
between what you earn in your unit of coexistence
and that Guaranteed Income.
For example, if in your coexistence unit
you are 2 adults and 2 minors,
the Guaranteed Income is 1,393 euros per month.
If nobody has income
in your cohabitation unit,
you will receive 1,393 euros per month
for the Minimum Vital Income.
As, in addition, there are 2 children under 3 years,
you will receive 115 euros for each child,
as a Child Support Supplement.
But if, for example, this unit of coexistence
enters 1,500 euros per month,
it already exceeds the Guaranteed Income.
Therefore, it will only charge 115 euros
for every child under 3 years.
That is, it will only charge the Child Support Supplement
.
