Collaborating entities - Migrations

The services and actions in the field of international protection can be provided, by specialized entities, following the appropriate authorization procedure managed by the General Directorate of Humanitarian Assistance and the International Protection Reception System, which verifies compliance with the requirements of article 5 and 6 of Order ISM/680/2022, of 19 July.

From 1 January 2023, the services and actions to be provided by these entities are managed, structurally, through concerted action. Only those entities are authorized to provide services and actions in the Temporary and International Protection Reception System.

The request to authorize the provision of services and actions in the Reception System for International and Temporary Protection, through concerted action, must be sent through the Concerted Action for International Protection (electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration).

Once the requirements have been accredited, the requesting entities may obtain an authorization for concerted action for a period of between two and four years, which may be extended by mutual agreement of the parties for the same period of the initial agreement.
