Management Criteria - Migrations

The General Directorate of Migration Management publishes the Management Criterion regarding the accreditation of those who are holders of an authorization for studies, research or training activities or non-work practices granted in accordance with Articles 37.1(a), (b) or (d) and 43 of the regulation approved by Royal Decree 557/2011, of 20 April, when they request access to the situation of residence and work or residence with the exception of the work authorization, in accordance with the provisions of Article 190 of the regulation approved by Royal Decree 1155/2024, of 19 November.
