Registered entities may sign certificates accrediting complex situations, such as the risk of social exclusion, the residence of homeless people, the real domicile when it does not coincide with the register, independence for young people or that there are no family links between people or families living in the same domicile.

The registered entities have the obligation to review the certificates issued once a year, and to notify the Ministry of any changes that occur.
