Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones

Article 8.1 of Law 38/2003 of 17 November, General Subsidies, establishes that the bodies of public administrations or any entities that propose the establishment of subsidies, in advance, must specify in a strategic plan of subsidies the objectives and effects that are intended with their application, the time necessary for their achievement, the foreseeable costs and their sources of financing, subject in any case to compliance with the objectives of budgetary stability.

In compliance, the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration has approved the Strategic Grant Plan for the period 2024-2026 with the objective of helping the planning, execution and monitoring of grants managed by the Ministry. In this way, the Ministry is provided with a tool that will facilitate greater levels of efficiency and effectiveness in management, a more transparent operation, and a better service to citizens and entities.
