Working in Spain - Transnational Services Benefits

In accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1155/2024, of 19 November, approving the Regulation of Organic Law 4/2000, of 11 January, on the rights and freedoms of foreigners in Spain and their social integration, the authorization of transnational services benefits has been repealed.

Currently, this figure is regulated through Law 14/2013, of 27 September, on support for entrepreneurs and their internationalization, being processed as intra-company transfer when the requirements indicated by that law are met.
