Elma Saiz Delgado

Born in Pamplona in 1975.

Married and mother of two children.

Degree in Law and University Master’s Degree in Tax Consultancy from the University of Navarra.

He speaks French and has a medium level of English.

She began her professional career in February 1999 as a social director of IMEL, Tax Legal Consultancy, S.L, a company specializing in tax consultancy and legal advice to companies and individuals.

In the academic field, she was a collaborator in the University Master’s Degree in Business Law and in the University Master’s Degree in Tax Consultancy of the University of Navarra as well as in the School of Legal Practice and in the Law degree in the same university center. He also participated as a professor in the Master in Tax, Labor and Accounting Advice at the Public University of Navarra and has given various certificates of professionalism.

In her political career, she is the Executive Secretary of Fiscal and Financial Policy of the Regional Executive Commission of the PSN-PSOE and a member of the Federal Committee of the PSOE.

Member of the Parliament elected by the PSN-PSOE (2003-2007).

Delegate of the Government of Spain in Navarre (2008- 2012).

Director of the Navarre Institute for Equality and Family of the Government of Navarre (2012).

Minister of Economy and Finance and Spokeswoman Government of Navarre (2019-2023).
